The World Wide Web Consortium exists to realize the full potential of the Web. The World Wide Web is the universe of network-accessible information. W3C works with the global community to produce specifications and reference software. W3C is funded by industrial members but its products are freely available to all. The Consortium is run by MIT LCS with INRIA acting as European host, in collaboration with CERN where the web originated. Contact the Consortium at:
